JUDGMENT : Sanjeev Sachdeva, J. 1. Petitioner seeks interim bail for a period of two weeks in FIR No. 107/2018 under Section 302/34 IPC, Police Station Dwarka South on the ground of illness of his mother. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mother of the petitioner was admitted to Anand hospital for surgery and on account of high blood pressure, surgery could not be performed. He further submits that since there is no other earning member in the family, petitioner needs to make arrangements of funds. He submits that money was initially deposited by a neighbour, who the mother of the petitioner treats like a daughter, however, even that money has exhausted. 3. Learned counsel submits that petitioner was earlier also released on interim bail by order dated 05.12.2018 for a period of one week and he had surrendered in terms of the said order. 4. Without commenting on the merits of the case and keeping in view the totality of facts and circumstances of the case, on petitioner furnishing a bail bond in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, petitioner shall be released on interim bail for a period of two weeks from the date of his release. Petitioner shall not do anything which may prejudice either the trial or the prosecution witnesses. Petitioner shall report to the SHO Dwarka South on every alternative day commencing from the day following the day of his release till the date he surrenders. Petitioner shall surrender to the concerned Superintendent Jail on expiry of the period of two weeks of his release. 5. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
