JUDGMENT Mr. Ajay Tewari, J. (Oral):- This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.99 dated 08.08.2018 registered under Sections 307, 506, 34 IPC and Sections 25, 27 of the Arms Act at P.S. Kathu Nagnal, District Amritsar. 2. On 05.11.2018 the following order was passed:- “Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that there is a cross case in which the complainant is also attributed fire arm injures to Nagpal Singh son of Satnam Singh. Notice of motion for 03.12.2018. In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the Arresting Officer shall release the petitioner on interim bail. Petitioner is directed to join the investigation on 12.11.2018 at 10.00 A.M.” 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh has stated that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are no more required for custodial interrogation. 4. In the circumstances, keeping in view the entire conspectus of facts, without going into the merits of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 5. Petition is allowed. Interim order dated 05.11.2018 is made absolute. 6. Since the main case has been decided, the pending criminal miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
