JUDGMENT Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J. -Heard Mr. Anshuman Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. Bahiya V. Kumar, learned counsel for the C.C.L. and Mr. Prashnat Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the C.M.P.F. 2. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for direction for payment of retiral benefits of the petitioner such as pension, gratuity, arrears of salary, bonus, individual increment, National Coal Wage Agreement, Arrears, Leave Travel Concession (L.T.C.), L.L.T.C. and other admissible dues. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that some of the retiral benefits have been released in favour of the petitioner. He draws the attention of this Court to Annexure-3 and submits that so far as the period from 21.07.2004 to 10.03.2005 and salary for the period 08.11.2002 to 31.04.2004 are concerned and in view of the Annexure-7 to the writ petition the prayer of the petitioner should be considered by the respondent C.C.L. 4. In view of the Annexure-7 to the writ petition, the respondent-CCL is directed to consider the case of the petitioner with regard to claim of salary of the petitioner with regard to aforesaid period and pass speaking and reasoned order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this Order. 5. The learned counsel for the C.M.P.F. submits that the amount of P.F. and family pension has already been released. 6. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petitions stands disposed of. 7. Accordingly, I.A., if any, stands dismissed.
