ORDER : P.D. AUDIKESAVALU, J. The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order in W.P. No. 11203 of 2017 dated 04.08.2017 passed by this Court. 2. It is reported today by the Learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties in pursuance of the orders passed during the earlier hearings that the First Respondent, viz., Dean, Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai in consultation with the Second Respondent, viz., Executive Engineer, Public Works Department, Building Construction and Maintenance, Medical Works, Public Works Department, Madurai has identified a new place in the vacant area in the north-west corner of the old maternity block in the premises of the Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai for operating the canteen by the Third Respondent, viz., Thiru. V. Veeranan and that expeditious action would be taken to put up the structure for the canteen at the new location before 30.01.2019 in compliance with all statutory requirements including conditions stipulated in G.O. Ms. No. 93, Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Tamil Nadu dated 25.03.2015 and ensure prevention of the shortcomings indicated in the report dated 28.04.2017 submitted by the Committee appointed by the First Respondent. It is further assured by Mrs. N. Krishnaveni, Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Third Respondent that the canteen of the Third Respondent functioning in the present place would be closed by 30.01.2019 and that the same would be in operation from the new location from 31.01.2019 onwards till the expiry of his contract on 07.08.2019. 3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made, the Contempt Petition is closed. Post the matter for filing report of compliance by all the Respondents on 01.02.2019.
