ORDER 1. None has appeared on behalf of the respondent in spite of due service of notice. We have heard the petitioner appearing in person. 2. We have considered the grounds on which transfer has been prayed. On due consideration, we are of the view that the present is a fit case for transfer. Therefore, divorce petition being H.M.P. No.15/2018, titled as "Talat Umri Vs. Charumati" pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra, Uttar Pradesh is ordered to be transferred to the Family Court of Nagpur, Maharashtra. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall send the case record to the transferee Court promptly and without any delay. 3. The transfer petition is accordingly allowed. 4. After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour for amicable settlement, failing which for early decision in the case without unnecessary adjournments.
