ORDER 1. Heard on the question of admission and interim relief. 2. This appeal under section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the appellant challenging the judgment and decree dated 19.2.2019 passed by Ist Additional District Judge, Chhatarpur, in a regular Civil Appeal No.101-A/2016 whereby dismissing the appeal and affirming the judgment and decree dated 22.10.2016 passed by 3rd Civil Judge Class-I, Chhatarpur, in Civil Suit No.39-A/2016.
