JUDGMENT : (Prayer: Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the First Respondent in Na.Ka.No.16652/16 No.4 dated 11.10.2017 passed by the First Respondent and quash the same and direct the Third Respondent to issue a revised Patta correcting the measurement as 0.40 cents in Survey No.143/3 instead of 0.04 cents as wrongly issued by the Third Respondent in Patta.) 1. When the Writ Petition was taken for hearing on 06.06.2019, there was no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the matter is posted today, i.e. on 11.06.2019, under the caption “For Dismissal”. 2. Even today also when the matter is taken up for hearing at 11.25 am, there is no representation for the Petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for Non Prosecution. No costs.
