JUDGMENT Anubha Rawat Choudhary, J. - Heard Mr. Shashank Shekhar Prasad, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The relief prayed for in the instant application is as under:- "For modification of order dated 24.07.2019, passed in B.A. No. 5980/2019, passed by this court." 3. Counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in B.A. No. 5980 of 2019, one of condition for bail is that one of the bailors should be government servant. He further submits that in spite of best of efforts the petitioner could not arrange any government servant to be his bailor. He submits that in the instant petition he has stated that one of the bailor of the petitioner would be the mother of the petitioner. Accordingly, he submits that the condition of bail may be modified. 4. Counsel appearing on behalf of the State has no serious objection to the submission of the petitioner regarding modification of condition of the order of bail. 5. After hearing counsel for the parties and after considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this court is inclined to modify the bail order dated 24.07.2019 passed in B.A. No. 5980 of 2019 to the extent that one of the bailor of the petitioner should be his mother as submitted by the petitioner himself. The aforesaid bail order dated 24.07.2019 passed in B.A. No. 5980 of 2019 is hereby modified and the bail bond so furnished should be for an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. 6. Accordingly, this petition is hereby allowed. 7. Office is directed to communicate this order to the court concerned through FAX.
