JUDGMENT Shree Chandrashekhar, J. - The petitioner has challenged the order dated 07.08.2015 passed in Misc. Case No.75 of 2014 which was instituted by O.P. No.2 under section 125 of Cr.P.C. 2. By an order dated 26.10.2015, the petitioner was directed to serve notice upon O.P. No.2. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 11.05.2017 and four weeks'' further time was granted to the petitioner to serve O.P. No.2. 3. On 02.01.2018, the following order was passed by this Court: None appears for the petitioner. In spite of expiry of considerable length of time from the order dated 11.05.2017, requisite for service of notice upon Opp. Party No.2 has not yet been filed. In such circumstance, therefore, time is granted till 5thJanuary,2018 to comply the order dated 11.05.2017, failing which, this application shall stand rejected without further reference to a Bench. 4. However, notice upon O.P. No.2 by the petitioner was not served and, therefore, on 14.08.2018, the following order was passed by this Court: No one appears for the petitioner. However, three weeks'' further time is allowed to take steps upon O.P. No.2 in her present and correct address through ordinary process. Un-used requisites may be utilised. 5. Mr. J.S. Tripathi, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not serve notice upon O.P. No.2 for the reason that she has left her place of residence. 6. In view of the proceedings in this criminal revision petition, which are recorded hereinabove, I am not inclined to grant further time to the petitioner and, accordingly, Criminal Revision No.1117 of 2015 is dismissed in default.
