JUDGMENT 1. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner Nos. 1-4 were appointed as Manager (Technical Experts) in the year 2015 and petitioner Nos. 5-9 were appointed in the year 2017, by way of contractual appointment under the scheme known as National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM) and it was renamed as Deen Dayal Antyodaya Yojana-national Urban Livelihood Mission (DAYNULM). 2. Counsel submitted that the scheme is still continuing and the State Government has now invited fresh tenders by Notice Inviting Tenders (NIT) dt. 8th March, 2019, wherein services of the petitioners are sought to be terminated and they were replaced by another set of contractual employees. 3. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court in identical matter-S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6232/2019 (Deepak Kumar Gupta v. State of Rajasthan) dt. 4th April, 2019, had directed the respondents not to replace one set of contractual employees by another set of contractual employees. 4. Issue notice of writ petition as well as stay application to the respondents, returnable within four weeks. 5. Notices be given dasti, if prayed. 6. In the meanwhile, services of the petitioners would not be discontinued and they shall not be replaced by another set of contractual employees. 7. List the matter along with S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 6232/2019, after service.
