JUDGMENT Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J. - Heard Mr. Amitabh Prasad, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. Arbind Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents. I.A. No. 8695 of 2019 2. The present interlocutory application has been filed for withdrawal of the second appeal. 3. In paragraph no. 4 it is stated that during the pendency of the second appeal both the parties i.e. appellant and respondent have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court. Accordingly, the appellant does not want to pursue the appeal further. 4. Mr. Arbind Kr. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents has got no objection. 5. Permission is accorded. 6. I.A. No. 8695 of 2019 stands allowed and disposed of. Second Appeal No. 199 of 2016 7. In view of the order passed in I.A. No. 8695 of 2019 in which the prayer has been made for withdrawal of the second appeal, the present second appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. 8. Rest of the I.A., if any, also stands dismissed.
