JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - The instant Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of order dated 01.07.2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 4122 of 2016. 2. It has been submitted by Mr. Deepak Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that in the 3rd line of the aforesaid order, it has been typed as "1,18,000/-" in place of "Rs. 18,00,000/-" and said amount has been mentioned in the pleading made in the writ petition, therefore, the same may be modified. 3. Mr. R.K. Gupta, A.C to learned G.A. II has raised no objection to the prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. This Court, after going across the pleadings made in the Civil Miscellaneous Petition and the pleadings made in the writ petition, finds that prayer has been made in the writ petition for direction upon the respondents to make payment of Rs. 18,00,000/- approximately for the services rendered, but due to typographical error in the order dated 01.07.2019, it has been typed as "1,18,000/-" in place of "Rs. 18,00,000/-" . 5. This Court, after taking into consideration the pleadings made in the writ petition and order dated 01.07.2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 4122 of 2016, is of the view that typographical error has been crept up in the order dated 01.07.2019 which needs to be modified. 6. Accordingly, order dated 01.07.2019 passed in W.P. (C) No. 4122 of 2016 is modified to the extent that in the 3rd line of the aforesaid order, in place of "1,18,000/-", it shall be read as "Rs. 18,00,000/-". 7. With the aforesaid modification, as indicated herein above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed of. Other part of the order shall remain intact.
