This petition has been filed for the following relief: - "for issuance an appropriate order from this Hon''ble Court for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 1st of August 2014 passed in RC Case No. 3 (S) 2013-EOWR dated 7.8.2013 for the offence under Sections 406,420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 13 (2) read with section 13 (1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act,1988 against the petitioner pending before the learned court of Sri S. Prakash, CBI Judge, Ranchi." 4. Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 5. Counsel for the State has no objection to the prayer for withdrawal. 6. Permission for withdrawal is accorded. 7. Accordingly, this Cr. M.P. No. 2074 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn. 8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 9. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, are also dismissed as not pressed. 10.
