ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that Mrs. Himani is housed in Nari Niketan, Bareilly (U.P.). She is represented by her husband. 3. Having regard to the medical report and other material placed on the record we deem it appropriate to direct the authorities ofthe Nari Niketan i.e. Nari Niketan, Bareilly (U.P.) to release Smt. Himani. It is open for Smt. Himani to live as per her wish. 4. The Special Leave Petition stands disposed of. 5. Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
