JUDGMENT Sujit Narayan Prasad, J. - Mr. Robin Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, as also on record, has submitted, on instruction that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. 2. In that view of the matter, prayer has been made to ignore the defect, as pointed out by the office, for which the matter has been placed under the heading for "Orders (with defects)" 3. This Court, after considering the aforesaid submission made for withdrawal of the writ petition, is of the view that the defects pointed out by the office are required to be ignored. 4. The prayer made by petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition has not been objected by the A.C to learned S.C. II, appearing for the respondents-State. 5. In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn holding it infructuous. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
