JUDGMENT I. A. No. 01/2019: 1. The appellants have filed the present application seeking dispensing with the requirement of filing certified copy of the order dated 19.04.2017. 2. It has been stated by the learned counsel for the appellants that the original/certified copy of the order dated 19.04.2017 has been filed by them before Appellate Tribunal and getting a fresh certified copy of the said order is likely to take considerable time. 3. In view of the submissions so made and in view of the fact that a duly attested and notarized copy of the order dated 19.04.2017 has been filed, the requirement of filing certified copy of the order dated 19.04.2017 is done away. 4. I. A. No. 01/2019 is allowed, office objection No. 1 is overruled. Civil Misc. Appeal No. 1306/2019: 5. Heard the appeal for admission. 6. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in an identical appeal being SB Civil Misc. Appeal No. 2317/2017: Agro Tech Foods Ltd & Anr v. State of Rajasthan & Anr. this Court had granted interim order, while admitting the appeal on 06.10.2017. 7. Admit. Issue notice. Issue notice of stay application as well. Both the notices are made returnable within four weeks and be given dasti to the learned counsel for the appellants. 8. In the meanwhile and until further orders, effect and operation of the impugned order dated 05.12.2018 passed by the Food Safety Appellate Tribunal, Rajasthan in Appeal No. FA/0039/2017 and the order dated 19.04.2017 passed by the Adjudicating Officer/Additional District Magistrate, Nagaur in Complaint Case No. 25/2014 shall remain stayed. 9.
