JUDGMENT : 1. By means of this Misc. Application, the applicant who was arrayed as respondent No. 3 is praying for extension of time for compliance of this Courts order dated 04.04.2019. The ground for extension is set out at Para 6 of the application, which is quoted herein below: "6. That however, due to sincere effort and attempts made by the Applicant, the monthly Pensions with effect from the month of May, 2019 will be disbursed to the Petitioner immediately. However, with regard to the arrear pension which relates from the later part of 2001 being time barred technical difficulty arises because as per extant instruction in case of misplaced or lost PPO, a request for a duplicate should be made and a separate sanction is required for the release of the arrear time barred pension and in the instant case as there is neither any ink signed duplicate of PPO nor any sanction for release of time barred pension arrears the duplicate PPO has to be obtained from Principal Controller of Defence (Accounts : Pension) Allahabad and a separate claim has to be submitted by the Petitioner and the cooperation of the Petitioner is required in this regard to initiate full compliance of this Hon’ble Courts Order and some more time is required for this purpose." 2. Ms. T. Yangi B, learned counsel for the applicant/respondent No. 3 submits that extension of time is necessary only with regard to the arrear pension which relates from the later part of 2001 till 2019. As regards the family pension from May, 2019, the same will be disbursed immediately. 3. Having heard the submissions of the learned counsels, in the interest of justice, the applicant/respondent No. 3 State Bank of India is allowed additional 6(six) weeks time from today to fully comply with the judgment dated 04.04.2019. No further time will be permitted. 4. Petitioner is also directed to cooperate with the Bank to sign requisite forms if necessary. 5. With this direction, Misc. Case stands disposed of.
