JUDGMENT 1. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the order dated 20.12.2018 (Annexure-12) passed by the District Education Officer, Elementary, Bikaner whereby, the representation made by the petitioner has been rejected. 2. The petitioner was relieved by order dated 27.09.2018 (Annexure-10) for the office of District Education Officer, Secondary, Bikaner. 3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed writ petition before this Court which was decided on 04.10.2018 (Annexure-11), leaving it open to the petitioner to pursue her representation with the authorities. By impugned order dated 20.12.2018, the District Education Officer, Primary Education, Bikaner came to the conclusion that the petitioner has not been promoted so far and is continuing to work on the post of Teacher Grade-III and consequently, accorded posting order to the petitioner. 4. The grievance in the writ petition raised is that the petitioner was working on the post of Headmaster on Patey Vetan basis and therefore, based on several circulars he could not have been accorded posting as Teacher Grade-III. Further submission has been made that even on the post where the petitioner has been accorded posting, even that post has been filled up by some other candidate by passing order dated 09.01.2018 (Annexure-14) and therefore, the orders passed by the respondents in this regard deserves to be set aside. 5. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the material available on record. 6. There is no jurisdictional error involved in the order impugned and as the petitioner has approached this Court without availing the alternative remedy of the appeal before the Rajasthan Civil Service Appellate Tribunal, no interference is called for in the present writ petition. 7. In view of the above, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the Rajasthan Civil Service Appellate Tribunal by way of appropriate proceedings.
