Narayana Swamy, C.J. - The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up is to direct the Administrative Tribunal to transfer the case file pending before it to the file of this Court. 2. Heard. Mr. Ajeet Singh Saklani, learned counsel for the petitioner. Ms. Ritta Goswami, learned Additional Advocate General, accepts notice for the respondent. 3. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent (The Officer on Special Duty posted in the erstwhile Tribunal) to transfer the record of O.A. No.6784/2016 to this Court within a week on receipt of copy of this order.
