JUDGMENT L. Narayana Swamy, C.J. - The petitioners made respective applications to the respondents for issuance of Experience Certificates in their favour. On receipt of the said applications, the Experience Certificates were issued in which some adverse entries were made. The said adverse entries are the subject matter in these writ petitions. 2. On the last occasion, this Court had verbally directed the respondents to issue fresh Experience Certificates in favour of the petitioners without any adverse entry. In compliance of the same, the Experience Certificates have now been issued in which the portions, which were said to be adverse, stand deleted. However, issuance of the Experience Certificates is subject to ''No Due Certificates''. 3. In respect of the salary, it is open for the petitioners to make a claim before the respondents and if such claims are made, the respondents to do the needful, in accordance with law. 4. The writ petitions are accordingly disposed of, so also the pending miscellaneous applications, if any.
