ORDER 1. Leave granted. 2. We have heard learned counsel for both the sides. 3. In the facts and circumstances of the case and the finding recorded by the High Court at page no.19 of the impugned order, we are of the opinion that the sentence of imprisonment for one week imposed upon the appellant is not warranted, and, instead we impose additional fine of Rs.10,000/-. 4. Let the amount of fine be deposited in the treasury within four weeks from today, failing which the impugned order shall stand. 5. The compliance of this order be reported to this Court. 6. The civil appeal is allowed to the aforesaid terms.
