JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by judgment in the case of Kamlesh v. State of Raj.: SBCW No. 10384/2018, decided on 30.05.2019 and, therefore, the present writ petition may also be decided in light of the said judgment. 2. In the case of Kamlesh (supra), it was inter alia directed by this Court as under:- "In view of above discussion, it is apparent that despite the cabinet decision dated 29.08.2013, the claim of the petitioners for reckoning of their service rendered as Gram Sewak for the post of Patwari and utilize the same for the purpose of date of joining in terms of Rule 301(1)(ii) of Rules of 1957 has no substance and consequently, the writ petitions filed by the petitioners are dismissed." 3. In view of the above fact situation, wherein the issue raised in the present writ petition is similar to the case of Kamlesh (supra), the writ petition filed by the petitioner is dismissed.
