ORDER : 1. Mr. J.P. Cama, learned Senior Counsel submits that transferability is a condition of service, hence there was no justification for the Industrial Court to interfere with order of transfer of employees, and the High Court erred in dismissing the writ petition. 2. Issue notice returnable in six weeks. 3. In the meantime, there shall be a stay of the operation of the impugned judgment and order of the High Court dated 12th March, 2019 until further orders.
