ORDER : 1. In view of the judgment passed in Omprakash Vs. Laxminarayan & Ors., (2014) 1 SCC 618 , the question of possession would not be relevant, a position which cannot be disputed by learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner. We are not prepared to take a different view from that judgment for reference as pleaded by learned counsel. 2. The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed.
