JUDGMENT : 1. Mr. O.P. Sangwa, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant Rajesh Vaishnav, who was required to present himself before the Dy. Registrar (Judl.) on 27.3.2019 pursuant to the order dated 19.2.2019 passed by this Court, could not present himself for furnishing of bail bonds as he was out of town. 2. While apologizing for his failure to appear before the Dy. Registrar (Judl.), learned counsel for the applicant submits that as the applicant Rajesh Vaishnav has been brought before this Court by the Constable Sh. Mahendra Kumar (Belt No. 979) in judicial custody today and the applicant is also having all the requisites to comply with the order dated 19.2.2019, therefore, he may be given one more opportunity for doing the needful. 3. Mr. Sumer Singh, learned Public Prosecutor and Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned counsel for the complainant do not oppose the prayer of the applicant. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and if the applicant Rajesh Vaishnav produces himself before the Registrar (Judl.) and furnishes bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with a surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judl.), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur, then he shall be released forthwith.
