JUDGMENT Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J. - It is heartening to note that both these petitions stand compromised inasmuch as M/s Eicher Tractors Transmission, the petitioner in CWP No. 6979 of 2013 has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- towards full and final settlement of all claims of the workman Bidhi Chand. 2. As regards the EPF, the workman shall be entitled to the same and claim it from the Commissioner, EPF, in accordance with law to which claim the Eicher Tractors Transmission shall have no objection. 3. The compromise so arrived at between the parties takes care of all the previous and future disputes between the parties, meaning thereby, that the amount paid to the workman under Section 17 (b) shall not be recovered and no claim there upon shall lie. 4. In view of this, even the workman cannot claim over and above a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- plus EPF. 5. Mr. Ankit Sharma, Officer-IR-Eicher Tractors Ltd. is present in person in the Court and undertakes to make the payment of Rs.5,00,000/- directly to the account of the workman-Bidhi Chand on or before 20th December, 2019. The workman-Bidhi Chand has supplied his bank account to the Officer in the open Court. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, the award passed by the learned Tribunal below is modified accordingly. 6. Both these petitions stand disposed of in the aforesaid terms, so also the pending application(s), if any, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
