JUDGMENT : I. A. No. 02/2019: 1. Mr. Ashok Bishnoi, Constable (Belt No. 2057), Police Station Parsad, District Udaipur has produced respondent No. 3-Teja S/o Poona Meena, who has failed to appear before the Registrar (Judicial) on 26.03.2019. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that notices of the present appeal has not been served upon the respondent No. 3 and he had appeared only on behalf of the respondents Nos. 1 & 2; for which as such the respondent No. 3 could not be informed about requirement of his presence before the Registrar (Judicial) on 26.03.2019. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor does not oppose the prayer of the applicant. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the application is allowed and the non-presence of the respondent No. 3 is condoned. It is directed that if the applicant-respondent No. 3-Teja S/o Poona Meena produces himself before the Registrar (Judicial), Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur and furnishes bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- to his satisfaction, then he shall be released forthwith.
