ORDER 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. No one has appeared for the respondent although served. 2. We are satisfied that the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner-wife for transfer of Matrimonial Case bearing No.111 of 2015 titled as "Sudarshan Anand Sheregar vs. Swati Sudarshan Sheregar" pending before the Court of Civil Judge(S.D) at Vasai, Maharashtra to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat is justified and is fit to be allowed. 3. We, accordingly, direct transfer of Matrimonial Case bearing No.111 of 2015 titled as "Sudarshan Anand Sheregar vs. Swati Sudarshan Sheregar" pending before the Court of Civil Judge(S.D) at Vasai, Maharashtra to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.4. Let the records of the case be transferred without delay. 5. The transfer petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
