JUDGMENT : 1. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 68/2019, Police Station Varda, District Dungarpur for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 435, 436 & 149 of the IPC. 2. Heard and considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor and learned counsel for the complainant. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the bail application filed by the petitioners deserve to be accepted. 4. Consequently, the bail application is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners (1) Pem Ji S/o Nathu Patidar, (2) Jeet Mal S/o Kuriya Patidar, (3) Bhan Ji @ Bala S/o Nag Ji Patidar, (4) Meg Ji S/o Jeeva Patidar, (5) Sam Ji S/o Mog Ji Patidar, (6) Ganesh S/o Pem Ji Patidar, (7) Kamu @ Kamlesh S/o Jeeva Patidar, (8) Gokal Ji S/o Lav Ji Patidar, (9) Dinesh S/o Devi Lal Patidar, & (10) Naresh @ Popat S/o Prem Ji Patidar arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 68/2019, Police Station Varda, District Dungarpur shall be released on bail; provided they furnish a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
