JUDGMENT : 1. The present bail applications have been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioners, who are in judicial custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 92/2019, Police Station Soorsagar, District Jodhpur, for the offences under Sections 405, 407, 408, 413, 414, 415, 418, 420 & 120B IPC. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. The offences are alleged to be triable by the Court of Magistrate. The petitioners are in custody since last one month. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. 4. Heard and considered the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor. 5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court is of the opinion that the bail applications filed by the petitioners deserve to be accepted. 6. Consequently, these bail applications are allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioners- (1) Ganpatram S/o Sh. Chelaram and (2) Bhom Singh S/o Sh. Bhagwan Singh arrested in connection with F.I.R. No. 92/2019 shall be released on bail; provided each of them furnishes a personal bond of Rs. 50,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs. 25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation to appear before that Court on all dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
