JUDGMENT 1. The corpus Narayani recovered by the police, presently lodged in Balika Grah, Ajmer, is produced before us. 2. The applicant Smt. Jaiti disclosing herself to be aunt of the corpus Narayani has preferred an application to hand over the custody of the corpus Narayani to her. Yet another application has been preferred by the applicant Jaiti seeking correction in the application made as aforesaid, stating that as a matter of fact, she is aunt of the petitioner Parasmal Jat and not of the corpus Narayani. 3. A reply to the application preferred claiming custody has been filed on behalf of the petitioner denying that the applicant Jaiti is his sister. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner Mr. I.R. Choudhary submits that he has not received the copy of the application preferred by the applicant Jaiti seeking correction in the application earlier preferred. 5. We have conferred with the corpus Narayani in Chamber. She has refused to go with her father and expressed her desire to go with Smt. Jaiti. 6. Having conferred with the corpus, we are of the opinion that she needs to be given sometime to collect her composure. That apart, the factum of relationship of the applicant Smt. Jaiti with the corpus as claimed also needs to be ascertained. 7. Let, the matter be listed on 21.6.19. In the meantime, the corpus Narayani shall be kept at Balika Grah, Jodhpur. The Additional Advocate General shall instruct the Investigating Officer to ascertain the factum of the relationship of the applicant Smt. Jaiti with the corpus Narayani as alleged in the application filed.
