ORDER 1. The petitioner’s grievance is that the land allocated and earmarked for the bus stand has been trespassed upon. The applicants-23 in number claimed to be in lawful occupation of the land and relied upon pattas said to have been issued in their favour. They also contend that pursuant to the ear-marking of the site land for the bus stand, proceedings under Section 91 of the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956 have been initiated and some of them have approached to the Court. 2. In view of the statements made on behalf of the applicants which were not disputed by the petitioner, the Court is of the opinion that the Revenue Authorities should consider and decide the proceedings pending before them as speedy as possible preferably within six months from today in accordance with law. Depending upon outcome of those proceedings consequential action in terms of the D.B. ruling of this Court in the case of Gulab Kothari vs. State of Rajasthan [D.B. Civil Writ Petition No.1554/2004] decided on 12.01.2017 and further directions issued in this regard shall be taken by the local authorities. 3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
