ORDER : 1. The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner-Society, which is running a College at Metra City, Tehsil Metra City, District Nagaur (Raj.). 2. The relief sought by the petitioner is with regard to grant of NOC for the forthcoming academic session 2019-2020 of the petitioner’s Institution of B.A./B.ED./B.SC./B.ED. (four years integrated course). 3. This Court finds that the present writ petition ought to have been filed by the petitioner at Principal Seat at Jodhpur and accordingly the present writ petition is not entertained at Jaipur. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with permission to file writ petition before the Principal Seat at Jodhpur.
