JUDGMENT Sandeep Sharma, J. - Despite sufficient opportunities, no steps have been taken for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased appellant. Mr. Anup Rattan, learned counsel representing the deceased appellant states that despite repeated communications, nobody is coming forward to impart instructions. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, this Court has reason to presume that legal representatives of the deceased appellant are not interested to prosecute the appeal having been filed by the deceased appellant and as such, same is dismissed as having abated. However, liberty is reserved to the LRs of deceased appellant to move an appropriate application for getting the present appeal revived.
