JUDGMENT Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J. - Order of even date has been passed in OMP(M) No.35 of 2019 and OMP No.452 of 2019, titled State of H.P. and another versus M/s Nawal Kishore and others, whereunder, the applications have been allowed and the delay in filing the objection petition as well as the delay in refiling the same has been condoned. 2. In OMP No.560 of 2019 (in Arbitration Case No.119 of 2019), the execution and operation of impugned award dated 16.08.2018, passed by learned Arbitrator, has been stayed, subject to deposit of entire awarded amount, alongwith upto date interest, within three weeks. Present execution petition seeks to enforce that very award, which has been stayed in Arbitration Case No.119 of 2019, therefore, learned counsel for the decree holder does not press the execution petition, at this stage. Accordingly, the instant execution petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, liberty is reserved for the decree holders to file execution petition afresh at an appropriate stage, if so required, in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
