JUDGMENT Dharam Chand Chaudhary, J. - In these writ petitions the auction of the mortgaged property in favour of respondent No. 3, the auction purchaser, has been sought to be quashed. The respondent No. 1 has also been sought to be directed to maintain status quo qua the property auctioned. 2. With the passage of time the sale of the mortgaged property in favour of respondent No. 3 stand made and the sale certificate Annexure R-4 to the reply filed on behalf of respondents No. 1 and 2 also stand issued in favour of the auction purchaser. In the nature of the relief sought the same now cannot be granted. The writ petition, as such, has turned infructuous and the same is accordingly disposed of, of course, with liberty reserved to the petitioner to resort to the remedy, if available in accordance with law. 3. Pending application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
