JUDGMENT/ORDER Ramendra Jain, J. - Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., 1973 has been made for quashing FIR No.0232 dated 17.05.2019, registered under Section 3 of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (P-2) and consequent proceedings arising out of the said FIR. 2. Learned counsel contends that remarks allegedly uttered by the petitioner were not uttered by her in public view. Complainant-respondent No.2 has no locus standi to file the complaint, as he was not present at the time of occurrence. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. R.P. Daaria, Advocate has appeared on his own and filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No.2. The same is taken on record. Be tagged at appropriate place. 5. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 opposing the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the police is helping the petitioner and is not intentionally arresting her. 6. Adjourned to 22.10.2019. 7. In the meantime, the petitioner shall join the investigation and would come present as and when called for and in the event of arrest, she shall be admitted to interim bail on her furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting/Investigating Officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C., 1973
