ORDER 1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through the transfer petitions filed under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer (i) M.S. Petition No.179 of 2018, titled as "Rajat Sarin v. Prerna Sarin",; and, (ii) Civil Misc.Application No.83/18, titled as "Prerna Sarin v. Rajat Sarin", both pending before the Court of Principal District Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, to the Family Court, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. 3. The Registry is directed to immediately send a copy of this order to both the Courts. 4. The transfer petitions are allowed, in aforesaid terms.
