ORDER : 1. Defects pointed out by the Registry is over ruled. 2. This Court vide order dated 30.08.2018 extended benefit of enlargement of Anticipatory Bail to the petitioner but after investigation was concluded, the charge-sheet under Sections 467, 468 IPC in addition to the Section 420 IPC has been filed against the petitioner. In these circumstances, the 2nd Anticipatory Bail Application has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Taking into consideration, the law laid down by this Court in the matter of Ganesh Raj vs. State of Rajasthan and Others, passed in Full Bench Criminal Misc. Second Bail Application No. 783/2005 decided on 01.04.2005, the 2nd Anticipatory Bail is maintainable. 4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it appropriate to direct the petitioner to appear before the learned trial Court. The learned trial Court is directed to take appropriate bail bonds in accordance with the law and release the petitioner on furnishing the same along with usual terms and condition therein. 5. Hence, the Second Bail Application filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is disposed of in above terms.
