JUDGMENT Dharam Chand Chaudhary, J. - Notice. Mr. Vikas Rathore, learned Additional Advocate General appears and accepts service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. All these writ petitions have been filed with the identical prayers, one set of such prayers, is reproduced as under:- "(1) That the petitioner be paid the pay to the tune of rupees 18,886/- per month and arrears with effect from 2016 be paid with interest. (2) That the petitioner be paid dearness allowance, house rent, cycle allowance and bus allowance and medical reimbursement etc. as is paid to regular employee in class-IV category, arrears on this count be paid with interest." 3. According to learned counsel for the petitioners, the relief as prayed for by them in these writ petitions has been granted to some other similarly situated persons like the petitioners. He submits that the petitioners have been granted only partial regular scale instead of regular scale on completion of seven years of uninterrupted service. The submissions so made have, however, been disputed by learned Additional Advocate General. It is seen from the record that the petitioners have approached this Court without making representation(s) to the respondent/competent authority for redressal of their grievances. Therefore, we permit the petitioners to make a representation(s) pointing out therein their grievances to respondent No.2. The said respondent shall consider and decide the same by a reasoned order within three weeks thereafter. 4. With these observations, the petitions stand disposed of along with miscellaneous application(s), if any.
