JUDGMENT L. Narayana Swamy, C.J. - De-Linked from RFA No.349 of 2018 2. Learned Assistant Solicitor General of India submits that an award amount of Rs.15.00 crores has been deposited in the Registry of this Court. He undertakes to deposit the entire remaining award amount with up-to-date interest in the Registry of this Court within a period of two months. 3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. However, liberty is reserved to respondent No.4 to approach this Court in case the remaining award amount is not deposited within the aforesaid time. 4. Pending application(s), if any, also stand(s) disposed of.
