JUDGMENT 1. This is second attempt by the petitioner seeking bail in S.T. No.22 of 2016. 2. The learned APP states that now trial in S.T. No.22 of 2016 is at its final stage; it is the investigating officer who has yet to be examined. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts, considering the law on the subject [refer " Kalyan Chandra Sankar Vs. Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav & Anr." reported in (2004) 7 SCC 528 ], I am not inclined to entertain this bail application and accordingly, B.A. No.9789 of 2018 is dismissed.
