ORDER 1. This transfer petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure has been filed by the petitioner wife for transfer of Matrimonial Case No. 15-A/2017 titled as Deo Kumar Singh versus Durga Singh, pending before the Family Court, Jaspur, Chattisgarh to the Family Court, District Bhojpur at Arrah, Bihar. 2. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner - wife as well as learned counsel for the respondent husband. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the material placed before us, we deem it expedient to transfer the aforesaid case to the Family Court, District Bhojpur at Arrah, Bihar. Ordered accordingly. 3. The Family Court, Jaspur, Chattisgarh shall forthwith transmit the record of Matrimonial Case No. 15-A/2017 titled as Deo Kumar Singh versus Durga Singh to the Family Court, District Bhojpur at Arrah, Bihar. 4. The parties are at liberty to make a request for mediation before the Family Court, District Bhojpur at Arrah, Bihar. 5. The transfer petition is, accordingly, allowed.
