ORDER 1. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties and gone through this transfer petition filed under Article 139A(2) of the Constitution of India. On a joint request made by the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we deem it fit and proper to transfer Writ Appeal No. 35 of 2017 titled as "Disaka Elliotte Laloo Vs. Meghalaya Public Service Commission & Ors." from the High Court of Meghalaya at Shillong to the Gauhati High Court at Guwahati. 2. Ordered accordingly. 3. The Registry is directed to immediately transmit a copy of this order to both the Courts.
