JUDGMENT Dharam Chand Chaudhary, J. - The present is a case where a sum of Rs.9,36,277/- is payable to the petitioner towards gratuity. Admittedly, out of this amount, a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- has already been released to him. The balance amount Rs.4,36,277/- has been tendered today in the court by learned standing counsel vide cheque No. 139104 dated 13.12.2019, which has been received on behalf of the petitioner by leaned counsel representing him. Now nothing except for the statutory interest, if any, on the amount which has been paid to the petitioner towards gratuity and leave encashment is payable to the petitioner. The statutory interest, if any, payable to the petitioner be, therefore, worked out within four weeks and the amount, if any, paid to him within the same time, failing which, together with interest @6% till the amount in question is actually paid. 2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of, so also the pending application(s), if any.
