Heard Shri Girijesh Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Neeraj Rai, learned counsel for the Selection Board-respondent No. 2 and learned standing counsel for the respondent No. 1. 2. For vacancies occurring in 2011 for Trained Graduate Teachers selections were held pursuant to Advertisement No. 2/2011 and finally-the results were declared in 2018. It is claimed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had applied as Trained Graduate Teacher for the subject Music. It is submitted that for all other subjects results have been declared and institutions have been allocated, but till date result of Music subject has not been declared. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner may be permitted to represent to the Board-respondent No. 2 by filing a detailed representation with regard to the fact that she had applied under the said selection but the result has not been declared. 3. In case such a representation is made, the said representation may be considered by the respondent No. 2 and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a month from the date a certified copy of this order along with representation is presented before the Board-respondent No. 2. 4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
