ORDER 1. These two applications have been filed - one for impleadment and one for modification. The Criminal Appeal has already been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2018. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that direction be issued to dispose of five separate cases initiated by the complainant under NIA. 3. We are of the view that it is open for the applicant to make a prayer to the concerned court for early disposal of the matters. We also observe that looking to the nature of the dispute, the Court shall endeavour to dispose of the matters as expeditiously as possible. 4. The applications stand disposed of accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
