JUDGMENT Ajay Mohan Goel, J. - As prayed for, these petitions are permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail the statutory remedy of appeal. 2. It is clarified that in the event of the appeal being filed within 30 days from today, there shall be no need for the parties to file an application for condonation of delay in filing of the appeal and the same shall be heard on merit. As from the date of completion of service, the appeal(s) shall be decided by the learned Appellate Authority within three months. Pending miscellaneous applications if any, stand dismissed. Interim order, if any, also stands vacated.
