JUDGMENT Tarlok Singh Chauhan, J. - Rsa No. 452 of 2015. It is heartening to note that both the parties have settled the dispute whereby the appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.1,40,000/- out of which Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid in the open Court to the respondent. As regards, Rs.40,000/-, the same is undertaken to be remitted in the account of the respondent. 2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, the appeal is disposed of on the basis of the compromise and the judgments of the learned Courts below insofar as they are in conflict with the compromise shall stand set aside. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. CMPMO Nos. 196 and 279 of 2018. 3. The present petitions have been rendered infructuous in view of the compromise arrived at between the parties in the main appeal, as aforesaid. Ordered accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 4. Resultantly, even the execution petition is dismissed.
