ORDER : G. Shyam Prasad, J. This is a Writ of Mandamus seeking for declaration declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the application filed by the petitioner on 14.06.2019 as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the Sri V.R. Machavarapu, learned Standing Counsel for Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanam, Tirumala. 3. The petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that as the respondents have prepared a scheme for allotment of shops on rental basis to the displaced families of Tirumala, the Petitioner made an application for allotment of shop on rental basis and the application of the petitioner was considered and a shop was allotted vide Proceedings Dt. 19.11.2007 for a period of one year. The grievance of the petitioner is that before expiry of the lease period, he made an application before Respondent No.1 on 01.11.2012 requesting to permit her to shift her shop to another places i.e., in front of Saptagiri Guest House Area, Tirumala, and after consideration of her application, the authorities permitted the petitioner to shift her shop No.6 to the Main Shopping Complex Shop No.5. In the new complex, where she shifted her shop, there were six shops, who were permitted to sell food items. As six shops were permitted to sell food items, the petitioner has made an application to issue D & O Trade License to supply food items, tea, coffee and cool drinks etc., to the pilgrims and the same was not considered. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that similarly situated persons have approached this Court by way of Writ Petition No.9562 of 2019 and W.P.No.9562 of 2019 and their applications were disposed of by giving direction to respondent No.1 to dispose of the applications in accordance with law. The petitioner has also sought for similar orders in this Writ Petition also. 5. Learned Standing Counsel for TTD reported no objection for consideration of the representation of the petitioner dt. 14.06.2019. 6. Hence, this Writ Petition is allowed directing the respondents to consider the application of the Petitioner dt.11741 of 2019 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of Four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
